  • Go Green Fest 2020. The continued lockdown due to Coronavirus has obliged us to think long and hard about this event and we have decided to cancel the Go Green Fest for this year. We hope to be able to hold the event in July 2021 and will confirm this as soon as possible. Part of our planning has involved the organisation of an illustrated writing competition for KS2 and KS3 students, with prizes up to the combined value of £100. This competition will still go ahead this year. More details can be found on our website here. Author Ellie Jackson, from wildtribeheroes.com will be judging entries. We would like to thank everyone we have contacted for your interest and particularly Dawlish Town Council for their invaluable support.

  • As part of Dawlish's first Go Green Festival being held on July 26th, we are inviting children from Key Stage 2 and 3 to enter story writing competition entitled ‘Caring For Our Planet’ - see more here

  • We are planning Dawlish's first ever 'Go Green Fest', a fun-packed day for all ages, celebrating sustainable living.Sunday, 26th July, from 10:00 - 16:00 on the The Lawn, Dawlish - see more here

  • See us with our float in the Teignmouth and Dawlish Lantern parades, 23rd and 29th Nov, 2019 respectively.

  • August 2019 - we participated in the Dawlish Carnival. Our float won 1st Prize!

  • On the 19th May 2019, we announced our achievement of Plastic Free Community Status for Dawlish from Surfers Against Sewage - see more here

  • DAP organised an Art competition with Yr 9 pupils from Dawlish Community College on the theme of plastic pollution. See here for some of the entries and winners.
